Damaged Product.
We take every care with our packaging but if your order does arrive and in a damaged condition we will replace the products free of charge. Please provide us with photographic proof of damaged goods within 2 days of receiving goods. Please email photos to the following email address:

WHEN CHOOSING EXPRESS POST DELIVERY PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR SHIPPING ONLY. THERE WILL STILL BE A 2-3 DAY PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS.
Please note that all care is taken to keep stock levels accurate. At times there may be some items out of stock, in which case one of our staff members will contact you to arrange a substitute colour or money refunded for out of stock items.
